    I order the headset and look good but didnt connect to base station . Then i returned it . I asked for a exchange and when i recived the other headset it didnt work . It had scrathes and missing cables . I read the reviews hoping it was just a hit and miss but come to find out this product is just bad. I dont know why best buy lets this slide .

    Wireless dont work

    Got my pair and wont hold any charge. Tried all troubleshooting steps that astro provided and nothing. Currently seeing if i can get a replacement or get my money back although price went up for a new set

    Good choice in headset. Can hear a lot more sounds in the game than my other headset.

    It works great but the brand itself has a lot of problems sometimes it doesn't connect or it won't pick up the headset is on the basestation also I had to get it replaced at the store because they shipped me the wrong one and gave me a hard time for it, it almost took a hour and half just to get the new pair

    Headset does not power on. Tried doing the hard reset multiple times but the headset just does not power on. When the headset was connected to the dock, I ran the Astro command center and it showed a super old version of the firmware. It would not complete a firmware update because the headset would not power on. Disappointing since the price is reasonable and the headset is comfortable. Will be returning mine to a store.

    Astro Refurbs not worth it

    Firstly "for Playstation 5" has a huge asterisk next to it. Secondly there appears to be zero quality control in Astro's refurb department. The first set I bought had 2 left ear cups. It's been over a week and Astro has decided they don't need to answer my emails so that's cool I guess. Ended up having to go into Best Buy to get them to initiate an exchange and ship another to me (since they aren't sold in most stores) got the new ones yesterday and good news! a right and left earcup! What a miracle. Unfortunately they won't turn on. After some searching I found out this is apparently a common problem even for brand new A50s. So it looks like I got some junkers that someone returned because they wouldn't turn on and Astro "refurbed" them...to also not turn on.

      Sorry about the couple issues you have had so far.

      Please try the following - Hard reset your A50 Headset by simultaneously holding down the GAME Button (right side of the headset) and the Dolby button (located below the power button) for 15-30 seconds. Please note: When doing the hard reset, have the headset plugged in directly to a confirmed power source, without the Base Station.

      Let charge for 15 minutes, then retry.

    Refurbished doesn't work wirelessly

    Subpar. Purchased item refurbished through open-box deal. Item came sealed by the manufacturer that said "Astro rulefurbished" item does not function wirelessly. This is probably only an issue with mine and ai do not believe this is a common phenomenon. Currently working with Astro to resolve the issue.

    I got defects and I took away the illusion of loving them, I struggled a lot to connect them in the end I couldn't and return them

    Ordered a refurbished a50 headset and it doesnt even turn on it says 83% charged but once you pull it off the dock it won't even light up.

    Sounds amazing and the headphones hold a Long charge. I only connect it to my ps5 through usb and the 360 sound is awesome.
