They did put a new battery on my astros which i was suprised and yes audio sounds great sounds new would recommend

They are very comfortable and sound amazing with Dolby Atmos. Adjust the included sound software and the footsteps can be heard in call of duty. I literally couldn’t tell they where refurbished wasn’t a blemish anywhere and was packaged like new.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As I am writing this review I am trying to decide if I want to exchange for a third time, first two are a bust and don't charge even with upgrading the firmware and hard resets etc. It almost as they are using the buyers to upgrade the firmware and stuff for them and weed out the ones that actually don't work by having it sent back to them a second time. Either that, or they could care less about customers or their reputation. If you don't have the time to constantly have them Exhange until you get a good one, I wouldn't buy this product.

Need to buy extra cable in order to work, but still ended up not even charging on the charging port and ended up needed to be plugged in 24/7.

Horrible firmware updates as of late. A lot of people have started having multiple issues, most of which seem to be the same ones. Went thriugh two of the xbox ones recently myself and both would not even stay on.

Headset wont work without it being plugged in

Wireless Difficulties

Once I remove it from the base station it won't connect. I currently have to reach out to Astros Gaming to see what is the issue. The headset does work if its connected with a wire to the base station.
