Please dont waste your time spend the extra 50 bucks and get new the people that refurbishes these head sets do not actually refurbish them. Bought one yesterday and it would not even turn on. I mean how can it be a certified refurbished if it doesnt turn on? Lol

I pay this much money for a headset that didnt work at all and my friend recommended this headset to me his didnt do all this or should i say it did nothing i sat there for hour for 200 dollar headset when i could just brought a 20 plug in my controller im so grateful i left a big 5 for this company

Not sure if the issue I was having of only getting sound out of one ear was just the headset or was it a setting issue.

Arrived in brand new condition and sealed. It came with the newest firmware installed and works well.

Great product bought like new. Always buy refurbished.

Sound is amazing great quality worth the price if you can afford it.

Remeber seeing these on multiple sites as one of the best wirelss headsets a year or two ago. Yikes. Times have changed apparently. The company that owns this headset could care less. You have to do a firmware update before you can connect to series X...or probably anything really. You go to the manufacturers site, and it redirects you to the microsoft store. Downloaded the app...and 2 hours later it was still trying to install. Went to their support site and there are literally thousands of complaints about this same issue for months on end. Turns out that their app is lacking a few basic files that used to be available on their website. Without the file the "update" has nothing to actually update so it just cycles endlessly on the update if you dont already have the file. I had to find an old archived file on reddit to get the headset to work. This has been an issue for many months there has and they literally cant lift a finger to fix it. Support didnt help. Just told you to go to the microsft store and download the app...Took me about 5 hours before i could actually use them bc of this. Dont waste your money. These have been out for a couple of years and based on what ive read on their site, best buy, reddit, and some reviewers sites its becoming obvious that they've stopped supporting this. Dont bother. Sound was good, but ive had and heard better for cheaper and with way less hassle.

Sound quality is good. The headphones feel great on your head. But the microphone is practically unusable due to extremely poor quality. This headset is a glorified pair of wireless headphones. Not worth the price. 100% regret buying.

Unreliable and of poor quality. Had to replace one purchase due to constant disconnecting and just flat out not turning on regardless of hard resets and firmware updates. Second one battery died with just over a year of ownership. Guess what? The battery is soldered to the headset. How anti consumer and downright pathetic is that? And just out of warranty too. Plastic garbage.

The top of the devise that protects your head pops off immediately.

Contiplayting on getting them i need new ones. My old oneshurt my ears

I struggle at charging it but for the most part it is a thumbs up
