Piece of garbage

Ugh!! Wish I had never bought it. Wanted an android and thought this was one amd got this tablet with Microsoft on it. I would love my money back

Terrible

Neither the first or the second one would stay on or keep a charge. We ended up returning them and purchasing a HP brand computer.

Won't charge and start

I tried to charge it with the mini USB that was provided and it won't charge or turn on. The literature isn't clear as to whether or not it can be charged with an AC adapter.

Terrible Tablet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was supposed to be a nice Christmas gift for my daughter but since the day it came out of the box the charger USB Port never worked. I brought it back and the Geek Squad sent it out to be fixed, she was able to use it for about 2-3 weeks. Frustrated with all this back and forth plus a child without one of her Xmas gift, Greek Squad exchange the broken tablet for the same model. The new tablet lasted about the same 2-3 weeks and is currently broken with the same problem. I purchased a 200.00 dollar tablet as a gift that has worked for a total of a month. This time frame includes the second brand new tablet. I have yet to return the second one or even try to get any money back. OUT 200 and no gift for my child. So yeah, stay away from this tablet.

Battery Problems
