As soon as you’ve had it for a week or two it freezes. The Netflix app does not let you scroll down at all. Overall , if it wasn’t too late to return it I would’ve but it didn’t mess up until after I could return it.

Netflix and other streaming applications work properly on the Chromebook, without compromising system stability and performance.

I've always bought Asus motherboards, but never a laptop. This gave me a good reason to try. It's fast and does everything the school wants done, including all the video classrooms and all the rest. Nice screen, well constructed case and keyboard.

It gets the work done .. it’s not funny but the quality for the price paid was worth it, thumbs up for this one

Glitches Galore

First few days things went well, now computer freezes and turns off randomly. Very frustrating to have these issues while trying to complete schoolwork and tests.

Certainly understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused you if the Chromebook will freeze and auto-shutdown randomly.
In order to prevent auto-shutrdown from occurring, if running with the battery only, please make sure the battery has an ample amount of charged life. Also, please do not run any power-hungry software or application. Running these applications will cause auto-shutdown when battery life is running low.
If the Chromebook is freezing, please verify if it has access to a working and stable internet connection or service. Since this is a web-based computer, poor internet service will cause system freeze, stability and performance issue. Also, by clearing browsing history and minimizing the number of opened browser tabs will help improve and maintain optimum system stability and performance. Make sure the unit is running with the most current OS update.

To me the biggest shortcoming is the screen is a little dim, and the keyboard is only ok, but it works and seems solid so I consider it a great value.
