It was wiped and reloaded, and then would not even power on. No one in the store or geek squad was able to fix and it had to be returned.

But the 4gb with this processor was just amazingly slow and continually 'waiting for cache' even after geek squad did a power wash. Further it was not doing automatic updates and it seemed was out of date with the operating system straight out of box. Been in lockdown apparently in warehouse while OS had moved on. Loved size and robust frame for our house of clumsy fingers and fits in handbag so will be going back for a different model of chromebook in a few weeks after old models moved along

I wanted to buy something that I could lose or forget and not care about. For the price, this does the trick. I kind of hope I lose it. A smart phone is better than this thing.

It's okay to use get classwork done. But if you don't have a really strong WiFi connection you will get dropped during Google Classroom or Google Meet.

I personally don't like Chromebooks, but I assume she is doing fine with it. Also, I believe the teachers teach the students how to use it so for me, it's a no.
