Crap...crashes all the time

It was on sale so I bought it a couple of weeks before the start of school. Imagine my surprise when the darn thing kept crashing and just to make things better my no question return window expired by one day. I thought for sure they would extend it by one day and take the return. Instead I am told to go to the store during a pandemic to see if maybe they will do something. Stay away from this Chromebook and Beast Buy.
