Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like using this laptop because of the apps I can download,my old chromebook couldn't use google play,Howevery it can get overloaded and slow down when runnning to many windows and I have to turn it off and start over,but that doen't bother me to much.main thing i can't do is view my e-mail accounts in gmail by switching accounts like my old chromebook .video can run slow at times.it works and thats all i needed.

Its fast enough to enjoy web surfing but the layout is different from windows, so that takes some getting used too. Overall, worth checking out when it is on sale. Works great for the kids! Ordering went smoothly. Best Buy does pretty good with oreders, warranties, and customer service.
