There are quite a few troubleshooting steps that can be attempted, I would advise that you do not have too many tabs open as that can slow down the speed of your browser. You may Update your browser, Since Google Chrome is always updating and changing, there often will be times that Chrome OS (the operating system for Chromebooks) will need to be updated and also clean your Cache. Both work great. We're keeping both of them. The GEO seems slower but it's running Win10s. I would give the items 5 stars but we just got them not enough run time on them to be fair.

Still observing after a few freezes, but perhaps I overloaded the lower end CPU... back to normal after rebooting. Graphics are of low quality, but still descent. Battery does not last too long, but it does recharge very quickly. I especially like this Asus chromebook's connectivity with phone / larger monitor and its simple set up... almost shockingly simple

Have not found all the things we can do with it yet but definitely recommend so far. The only issue is the screen is a little dim and sometimes hard to see.

All the features you need and not a lot of bogus add ons. Great pic and sound, could use more usb ports, but that's easily fixed. If you're starting off with this type of device, i recommend you start here!
