It didn't work great for us; it seemed that the graphics card in this unit wasn't sufficient for this task.

Only used by my 5 year old for an online summer class under my supervision. Freezes, screen goes black, can’t use while charging, curser goes all over the screen even when your not using the touch pad. Very upset with the quality and mad that I didn’t know return policy through Best Buy was only 15 days. Never buying electronics from them again. Also Asus has horrible customer service and just told me to do a power rewash and ended our conversation.

We certainly understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused regarding the stability or performance of the Chromebook.
Since this is a web-based computer and relies on an internet connection for system stability and performance, please verify if the Chromebook has access to a stable and a high-speed internet service. Also, ensure the unit is running with the most current OS update. If Power wash was performed and updates were installed after a successful Powerwash, and the problem persisted, we recommend sending the Chromebook in for warranty service.
