Unfortunately I used it about two times put it on my desk and did not use it for a week, and now I cannot get it to turn on. It has not been overcharged, and it has not been touched since i sat it down. I'm about to return the product now.

ensure that the unit is powered off and remove the charger (power adapter) -> press and hold the Power button for about 45 seconds -> then attempt to turn the unit on.
