  • Buy Beware - Return Policy on Free Software

    Best Buy automatically added $29.99 of "FREE" software to my cart for this purchase as a "Bundle". When I returned this Chromebook they automatically "Un-Bundled" my purchase and $29.99 was deducted from my refund (since Best Buy doesn't refund software). This happened on an un-opened Chromebook that I never used the software or registered or installed it. If you decide to purchase this Chromebook or any other laptop with "Free" Software, I recommend going into the cart and deleting the "Free" Software before making your purchase. Otherwise, you automatically forego getting a full refund if you return the item.

    The screen was really bad, tried different angels so that my eyes wouldn't hurt, unfortunately I couldn't adjust and decided to return it.
