I wish I didn’t purchase this

Major issue

Followed the instruction from ASUS and nothing helped. The charger works fine as I had tested with another computer. It is unfortunate that this laptop has charging issue as otherwise the build quality was good. This computer is now completely not charging and therefore useless.

Horrible Chromebook!

I needed this to help my 6 year old son do homeschooling and it gave me soo many problems. I brought it in at least 3 times for service and it was a complete disaster! Too cheap

It comes with a web or cloud base OS that is fast, secured and easy to use and is becoming a popular choice because of these features. Internet security or antivirus software is integrated, no need to purchase the software or application separately. Besides, it is low-cost and lightweight, and supports thousands of popular computing applications, both in Chrome and Android, and Linux applications as well. Since it is a web base OS it does require a Google or Gmail account and an internet connection in order to use or operate it properly. If this is your first experience with a Chromebook, I recommend using the HELP file incorporated within the OS. To access HELP, please click your profile picture on the Notification Bar, located on the lower right-hand corner of the Home screen then click the question mark icon or widget. For more help, please go visit Google Support webpage.

Amazing Value

Got DoD @ $99.99, so that makes this a 5 star purchase. Please keep in mind, I bought/use this for the simplest of tasks, primarily checking emails, YouTube, and google. Not sure this is the machine for you if you plan on using it for high volume/more intricate tasks. **Issue won’t let me change the “overall rating” from poor. Definitely would be in the “good-excellent” range.

Google garbage

It sees the disk, it sees the network, but if you want to distribute data to your network, you won't be able to do it. Keep freezing

Worst purchase

So, I decided to keep it for myself. I didn’t like it, and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else. I was limited to what I could do on it. Dont waste your money.

Its basically loaded with Google apps. Which i never wanted. I get inappropriate "Google Classroom" ads, every day in my email. This machine can do little more than let you watch You Tube, use the browser. Cant download game apps. Really cant do anything. Very disappointed. I returned mine.

Excessive Freezing, Rebooting

I had to reboot the laptop way too often. The geek squad showed me how to reset the laptop, which was supposed to help with the freezing, but the freezing continued and I was forced to return the ASUS laptop. I would end up exchanging it for a different laptop.

Worst Electronic Purchase

They weren't in stock; I had to order through an unimpressive sale associate and her manager to have it delivered to the store. A warranty wasn't offered. Not recommend

Took it back to store they couldn’t help with the problem since it was past 15 dat return policy and only did a power wash which help the computer to turn on again now after two months it completely stop working or charging not worth it

Save your money for something better
