Easy to use. I’ve had this laptop for almost two years. Plain and simple and good for normal use and school use.

Very impressive performance, especially given the very reasonable price. Makes web browsing very fast and plays YouTube, etc. movies smoothly. I've connected this system to a large monitor using a USB-C to HDMI cable which works very well. Also, it was easy to connect a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. Finally, support for Linux programs seems to work well - I installed the Linux version of FreeOffice and it works fine. (A little slow starting up the first time, but quick enough after that,) The only negative is that support ends in June 2024 which seems a bit sooner than expected.)

Works well. Can be left plugged in so you aren't using the battery up, doesn't get hot. Screen is not as good as some others, but well worth the sale (black friday) price. Serves its purpose. Got it delivered in 24 hours.

I love this laptop! I needed something light for basic tasks such as work, streaming, and casual games, and it is perfect for those tasks!. I love the fact that ChromeOS syncs with my Google account and all of my stuff is right here. I am also a web developer, and I use this laptop when developing my websites! Keyboard feels great to type on, and speakers are loud, and sound wonderful. Battery life is great, and sometimes lasts for days without being charged. would recommend this!

Bought one at holiday time for a hundred and fifty, its fast, does all the things the kids and I need to do. Longer lasting battery time then our big name laptop we replaced. Purchased a DVD player writer to add on for forty dollars. Light and the greatest thing I searched for is its keys are backlit. Picked up two today for ninety nine dollars each plus tax, so each of my kids could have their very own. Can't beat the price for what this is able to do! For us Mom's with a nonexistent budget I can't thank Best Buy enough for the one day only sale!

Best Buy is ok. I had an uneasy experience a few years backs but the folks you have now were and are very cool. My first chrome book is fun and perfect for me at this point in time ( traveling, writing, emails, New York Times etc). The young black lady who helped me buy it and the young black geek squad man who answered some of my questions left me in good spirit. Thanks

Very inexpensive and perfect for a college kid or even for your younger children at school to have a small lightweight computer to work on I would not recommend it for anything that needs to be downloaded in great qualities

I purchased this chromebook on cyber Monday for my son's 8th birthday. He very into gaming and playing on electronics. The chromebook has been perfect for him! Very simple set up and easy to use if you're someone like me who isnt computer savey. No complaints & definitely recommend.

If you're looking for a basic laptop for searching the internet, school work, YouTube/ Netflix, or other basic stuff, this laptop is great. inexpensive and can do 90% of general things i need to do.

Perfect for my needs. I just wanted a little laptop to do classwork and check emails and social media. I had charged it. Unplugged it and shut it down and didn't use it for a week. It was still 100% charged!

love it easy to use and works chrome is much better than windows which is awful-chrome update automatically and links to your phone

Got this for my daughter to online classes. Im suprised at how well it works. She loves it and she is not easy to please
