Worst Customer Service of any Chromebook maker

So if you buy a cheap product you need good Customer Service and warranty. The Best is ACER..Then DELL..Lenovo is OK....the Worst is ASUS and close to worst is SAMSUNG. They will try to stiff you every chance they get.

frozen and unusuable now

Power not turned on

Not a good chromebook

Garbage
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wouldn’t buy again my wifi crashed while I was watching a video on YouTube after 5 minutes of me turning it on it then spazzed out and turned off and I’ve been pressing the power key for about 20 minutes now and has yet to turn back on( mind you this is only my 3rd owning the laptop)

STOPPED WORKING

Disappointed

Chromebooks come with a web or cloud-based OS that is fast, secured and easy to use and is becoming a popular choice of because of these features. Internet security or antivirus software is integrated, no need to purchase the software or application separately. Besides, it is low-cost and lightweight, and supports thousands of popular computing applications, both in Chrome and Android, and Linux applications as well. Since it is a web base OS it does require a Google or Gmail account and an internet connection in order to use or operate it properly.
