I bought this laptop because I needed something that could work for me, as a student, to take notes efficiently in class. For a college student, this laptop works perfectly for that purpose. My recommendation to anyone that is looking to buy this laptop is to have another laptop or desktop to use and work on. The reason for this is that this laptop is not all that powerful and is not meant to be used heavily. The processor is an Intel Atom with only 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB Flash Storage, which is this laptop's version of a hard drive, if you do not know what Flash Storage is. However, please do not let this deter you from purchasing this laptop. It is great for the aforementioned purpose of taking notes on in class. This laptop is absolutely perfect for that and is definitely more than good enough for that purpose. In a summarized format, here are a few things that you need to keep in mind when purchasing this laptop (including some of the previously stated points): Be sure to have another, more powerful, computer available for you to use at any time because this laptop will not last long if it is used heavily. This laptop works great for taking notes and, just in general, using Microsoft Office, because of its lightweight design and ultra-portability. For the price of this laptop, it is very high quality and will work great for light use. Heavy use will cause it to slow down very fast, as it is not designed for heavy use. I would recommend keeping everything that you save on the laptop on a flash drive as well, that was it is easy to transfer data from one workstation to another. This would work well as for a little kid as well, considering that most little kids will not have heavy use on a laptop and it is very cheap, for a laptop, so it would not be a very large investment for a child. Be sure to purchase a protection plan for this laptop, simply because having a protection plan for it would be more than worth the money if something were to happen, such as dropping it, spilling water on it, or any possible software malfunctions. This does not mean that the laptop is of poor quality, I am just recommending this because it is worthwhile for any laptop no matter the price. In conclusion, this laptop is very high quality for the price. It is worth the buy, if you are looking to use it for the aforementioned purposes.

can not wake up when sleep sometime. Have alread rebuild the system in a month.

I think I got a dud. Had to return and get a refund because it just never connected to the internet and I tried in my home, my parents home, and the public library. Thanks to best buy for making my return process seamless though. Kudos to them for that!

The salesperson talked me into purchasing this PC. I wish I had not listened to him. I returned it for refund immediately. It ran well but I did not the feel of the keyboard and without a touch screen, Windows 8.2 is not a good choice.

Since the price point is very afforadable, it is a computer, the laptop works suprisingly well and it meets everyday standards

I bought this laptop for my summer classes for the price it was nice. It could do everything I needed. However, I tried to turn it on a morning but it would not. I had to return it because of that.

Basically this laptop is poorly made. The trackpad is my biggest issue followed by the terrible screen and glare. The sound is poor but I expected this--what I did not expect was for the screen to be so dim. Even turned all the way up, the brightness is lacking. Back to the trackpad. The trackpad is not as responsive as I would like and feels like it's going to break at any moment. Also, the buttons are incorporated into the pad so if you're not extremely careful you'll click when you don't mean to or adjust your screen zoom which becomes very annoying when you're trying to get work done. I thought I could make it work, but I can't. I will be returning it tomorrow.

I actually thought this was a fully functional laptop! It's cute. ......if you're an adolescent and don't need this tablet with a keyboard for real work! Now I have to buy my daughter another actual laptop
