Fits in my purse, no need to haul the whole laptop bag. As a heavy Google and Adobe user, the OS is a bit of a problem b/c installation of these apps is not easy, but for most things it does the trick

Exactly, it is a practical computer or a decent system that is perfect for running basic and light computing applications, without compromising system stability and performance. In order to maintain optimum system stability and performance, cumulative WINDOWS Update needs to be installed periodically. If the battery will not charge, please verify if the AC adapter was properly connected from the laptop to a working surge protector or AC outlet. Also, please try to do a battery calibration manually, charge the battery without power on and being used. Once fully charged, use the unit without the AC adapter connected until it completely drained. If this is not possible, disconnect the AC adapter and fully-drained it, leave it unplug or at least 24 hours then charge it fully without the system power on and being used.
