I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and so far she's liked it. She is 13 and is able to use it the way she wanted to for writing things. I was able to click on the website to buy and pick it up that day. Pleased with my purchase!

Great casual laptop use for internet browsing, word processing and checking e-mail. Anything more than than that you may expect performance issues, Upgrade it to Windows 10 instead of Windows S for free.

So I needed a new laptop. I just wanted something simple and not loaded with tons of expensive features. Stumbled across this one and was impressed just reading about it. Now that I actually have it and have been using it for a while I have zero complaints. Perfect for what I needed it for! I would recommend!

This computer isn’t worth much — the price indicates that. The same day I purchased it, I had to exchange it for another one because a window popped up and told me that right after the start-up, the hard drive was corrupted. This PC — Piece of Crap — is only good for searching the internet or answering emails when you travel. Besides the fact that it is dirt cheap, the only other thing I can say for it is that it is light weight. I am a long-term Mac user and, after trying this piece of crap, I will ALWAYS remain one.

I purchased the laptop from one of the Best Buy outlets. I discussed my budget with one of their employees and he recommended the open box which I initially was skeptical about it. Surprisingly, the laptop has been running fine ever since I got it. Good price and efficient laptop. Overall good experience.

We purchase these computers for our children to complete school work on. They are good for small tasks. Batteries don’t last as long as it states, but they do get the job done for tasks like iReady, Moby Max, and IXL.

bought this for my mom since she only uses it for email and light web browsing. It works for the bare minimum but would not recommend for more task based work. Great little laptop and for the price couldnt beat it.

This is a nice computer for just doing the basics. If you are looking to do more than internet searches or typing paper, etc, you will need a better computer.

Geek Sq people apparently were unaware that office 365 was already installed. So at their insistance I bought office 365. Of coure I cannot return it ... and I get almost weekly reminders to install my office 365. THe computer is great, we wanted thhe 14" screen, but wife is happy with it.

My daughter wanted a computer for school. She did not need it but technology is making its way earlier and earlier. She started making PowerPoint and writing papers. It is a great starter computer

I really like this laptop, it's very nice, cute laptop. If you are looking for web surfing this is a good choice, value for money. I would have given 5 star if this laptop has larger memory size than 32 GB.

Cannot complain about this little device! Does everything I need it to and more! I read the other reviews about getting a memory card..I have one but I haven’t needed it. This is strictly a school computer so I won’t be putting anything extra on it but it works if you’re a student!

This is not the best laptop ever but it works for what I needed. If you need something simple to check email and use office on then this works fantastic
