Laptop is for my wife. The both of us are senior citizens and not tech savvy by any means. The sales associate that walked us through the laptops available and what best fit "our" needs. Brought it home and had it working immediately. Works great fits our needs.

This is an appealing laptop both in terms of design and operating system; ChromeOS offers simplicity and low-cost operativity. The device dimensions and low weight make this a perfect device for the go. I only wish the screen resolution was better but considering the price this can be forgiven.

Not being a computer person I was at a loss as to how to get this thing started. ALL computers I've ever dealt with had Windows . It didn't take long to 'get it'. It's fairly fast but truthfully, I've not done much investigating to see what all it will do.

The Chromebook is a new experience for a PC user, but it has been an easy transition. My wife is learning it more quickly than if I were trying to teach her a PC. The machine is a lightweight as for performance, but it performs well as it was designed.

The blue tooth was working `intermittently, then stopped working at all. One hinge fall off after 10 months, battery draines quite fast, not really a quality item.

The ASUS-14" Chromebook is great! I ordered two (2) for our twin grandchildren's 12th birthday. They were using these in school, I had no idea just how easy these are. They set them up and off they went. These are amazing! Best money I have spent on a present. Highly recommend!

Needed inexpensive but dependable small laptops for some staff on the go. These Chrome books fit the bill. They were easy to set up, hook up to the internet, and easy to use. They have a bigger kkeyboard making typing easier than with those other tiny chrome books. These units do exactly what I need them to do.

Even though we ordered this item during the Christmas rush and it was a much desired Christmas item, we were able to acquire it thru Best Buy in a very timely period. This is for our Granddaughters who live in Valrico Fl and are 8 and 11 years old

Best Buy did a great thing by putting these 14' ASUS LAPTOPS on sale for $99.00 dollars .So parents can afford to get their children a laptop for whatever reason. I plan to get two more of these laptops when they go back on sale!! Thank You, BestBuy

We really like the chromebook it is perfect for my daughters homeschooling. When we got this computer i feel like it was a very fair price. We use it everyday and have had no problems at all with it. We are very happy with our purchase.
