There first one was replaced under warranty. The replacement has a finicky keyboard and occasionally the screen goes dark for no reason. I may need to take this one in now. I am not impressed.

The only thing im so disappointed about it was that it is not compatible with the printer i just purchased. My daughter cant use it for school with zoom classes. I bought it for her to use it for school and for gaming but it is not compatible with it. I am very disappointed.

I'm sorry to hear about your multiple issues with this machine. This is absolutely not the kind of experience that we want any of our customers to have. Please note that this machine only meets the minimum system requirements for Zoom, and is not recommended for screen sharing. They recommend a quad core CPU or higher. This system is also not intended for any kind of gaming. If you haven't already, I recommend following the guide below to try and setup your printer with this machine.
