We're sorry to hear about the unfortunate experience you had with your unit's Battery Life. It's unfortunate that this model does not meet your expectations, this is absolutely not the experience we want you to have and that you have. Have you tried to reduce your brightness when possible? Wireless connections can decrease quite a lot of battery power. Disable all of your Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections if you’re not actively using them.

They didn’t tell me of any issues. Wouldn’t recommend for a student nor business person. This computer is for a beginner that is new to computers.
