    Its a good starter laptop, i got this for my partner so she can use cricut and we had some trouble using usb drives because it couldnt read it until i reformatted my usb

    I bought this computer for school. So far so good. I’m not tech savvy, so I didn’t know how to install Google Chrime because Inwas getting an error message directing me to go the App Store. I don’t know but I took it back to Best Buy and the geek squad installed it. I have no complaints.

    Consider this a low, low, low entry level laptop that will enable users to operate the most basic programs and surf the web. The 4GB RAM is not upgradable. Good luck streaming music while surfing other tabs. Hiccups and stops are common. The low price is proof positive that you get what you paid for in this instance, which isn't much. For a true "entry level" laptop, look elsewhere.

    So far I am loving my laptop. I have only used it 4 times and I am still adjusting to its sensitivity but so far so good.

    Owned this item for about a week. All the sudden it turned off. Could not turn on the power button. Thought was battery so I plugged it in. Still could not turn on the power button. Thought I'd have to return it to the store. Googled and ended up having to do a hard reboot to have it restart. Hopefully this is not how it's going to be.....issues, issues, issues.

    Purchased for my 11 Yr. old grandson. He loves it!! Brings it with him almost every where he goes. Compact so he can put in his back pack along with what his other things. Weather he's going camping for a week or just going to a friends for the night.

    This laptop works great! Fast start up and works great for my purposes. I'm a college student using it mainly for writing papers and conducting research. However, I do use it for watching some movies on Netflix and Disney Plus and have not had any issues.

    Bought this for my dad for his birthday. I believe he is enjoying it. I also explained to him that all he needs it for is emails, web browsing, and paying bills. Its a nice laptop for someone older and budget friendly for a student in need of a laptop. No complaints.

    Terrific service by Aaron Boyle. Knowledgeable and accommodating. We bought several appliances and he price compared for each with local retailers saving us a bit of money. Delivery will be different for each appliance but he walked us through that.

    Touch pad stopped working a little over a month after I picked it up from the store, it's also fairly slow. Everything else works as it should. I wouldn't buy this agian, consider your options before you buy this. I bought this while it was on sale, so I'm not upset, I am disappointed on having this issue with this brand.
