Don’t waste your money

WARNING! DO NOT PURCHASE

I cant even leave zero stars. Because i would. The minute this laptop was set up trying to do any more than 1 application is completely out of thw question and if that one applicatio. Is google chrome HAHAHAHA good luck. I tried to upgrade windowz 11 no difference i ended up wiping the qhole thing and installed linux mint and to be fair it was passable for a regular daily use.... Now not even 6 months latwr the internal imput for the chargi g cable has said not today. And is now forever RIP. THIS WAS ENTIRELY A MISTAKE AND MORE THAN A WASTE OF MY MONEY. BUT A WASTE OF TOO MUCH TIME TOO MUCH EFFORT AND A NEVER ENDING HEADACHE. SAVE YOURSELF THE BREATH I WOULDNT EVEN BUYTHIS FOR A CHILD TO USE.

COMPLETELY UNUSABLE

I'm not exaggerating, opening the start menu is tough for this thing, I could not open youtube, it just froze. Even task manager stopped responding. You would think that a laptop out of the box could handle the most basic of functions and you'd be wrong... Simply navigating native Windows 10 functions is a big lag. I'm returning it for something that can actually run Windows without having an aneurysm

Built to Break. Don't Buy!!

I thought with the cheap price tag, I'd be able to use it for basic writing, web use, and word documents. I was wrong. Within one month, the mouse pad stopped working. I used a USB mouse. Then a week later it freezes and restarts after running for barely an hour. Stay clear of these horrible product.

While accessing web applications, please ensure the laptop has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since this will definitely affect system speed and performance. Also, clearing internet cache or browsing history will improve system performance. In order to determine the culprit, please try to run a diagnostics or optimization test using the "My ASUS" utility software or application.
