spend more for something better

On the contrary, lots of satisfied customers, having positive experience using the product, will agree with me that it is a decent entry-level laptop that will run popular computing applications, without compromising system stability and performance as long as Windows is up to date and internet service is stable while accessing web applications.
The display is not Full HD or 4K, however, it is HD with a resolution of 1600 x 768. To enhance or improve the display resolution, please update the video driver and configure settings inside the Display Properties.

Don’t buy this laptop

Purchased this laptop on the 21st, and it was returned on the 23rd. The laptop is very slow, the screen flickers, and it feels so cheap. Stop selling this laptop best buy asap. Don't waste your money

It did not come w/ a power cord. Instead I got a USB C connector, and finally figured out that the power cord is something entirely different. No idea why I got a C connector, but it doesn't charge my laptop, so basically, once the power ran down, I had an expensive brick. Obviously ASUS has no quality control.

Difficult to operate laptop

Doesn’t work

Every time I click OK on the pop up, it would come up again after a second and never went away. I had to take it to a repair store so they could hard reset it. Then again, after 1 day of use the pop up message came up again. At this point I’m going to try to do a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

Slow and unreliable

This is an entry-level laptop that runs basic or light computing applicaiton. It is normal for Quicken to run slow due to hardware limitation.
If the laptop will no longer boot up or it's just black screen, please do the following. Please verify if the AC adapter is connected properly from the laptop to a known good power outlet or AC source. Try another power source. Try to press and hold down the power button to shut it down completely, just in case laptop is not in hibernate mode, wait for at least 10 seconds then power on. Please wait, if the system is applying updates in the System Registry, it will black screen temporarily. If it still black screen after a few minutes, at least 10 minutes, please repeat the power cycle process again. Also, please try to disconnect the power cable and let the unit drain for 24 hours to clear the memory. This will reset the hardware to default settings. After doing this, please reconnect your AC adapter then power on the unit.

Meh

The number pad, when turned on would not allow me to input numbers and the cursor stopped working on the other mousepad and I had to reset both of the computers. Took them to be fixed and the issue still persisted. The computer was slow as well.

Very Bad Laptop

Poor laptop

You cannot at least set up your email at Gmail. It always says “something went wrong”. And I connected to my IPhone to download my photos from there and it just downloaded some pics and didn’t complete it. Don’t buy it. This is a waste of time.

Not as advertised.
