Everyone I turned it on it would need to update I used it for 3 days then returned it. I needed it to last maybe 2-3 years for school and it was honestly the worst laptop I’ve ever bought. The number pad doesn’t work either l. If you’d like a nice laptop to look at that doesn’t work this is perfect for you.

Not worth the headache.

I bought this for my 11 year old homeschooler and it is so darn slow. It doesn't even have 4GB. I should have known. I was planning on adding an additional 4GB but it's not even worth it. It lags BIG time. I plan on returning and getting HPs i5s with 8 GB, which are faster and better. This is not even touch screen.

To optimized system speed or performance, please ensure Windows updates are always installed.
The laptop has a 4GB RAM onboard and this is adequate to run basic computing applications, just make sure Windows is up to date.

Not very well thought out, in my opinion. The set up for this computer took a lot longer than it should, its so aggravating I am ready to go with someone else next time I need a laptop. This laptop should be tried in person not ordered online like I did. Had I tried it in the store, I would not have/ bought it.

We do understand your disappointment and inconvenience if you are experiencing difficulty using the keyboard and slow in completing initial Windows setup.
Please allow some time to get use to the size and layout of the keyboard. The initial WINDOWS setup may take a longer time depending on the network traffic from the update server and the stability of your high-speed internet service. Also, laptop will do several system reboot, black screen temporarily or restart during the update process. Once initial setup and WINDOWS Update installation completed, system speed or performance will be optimized. Keeping Windows updated will maintain optimum system stability and performance. Also, while accessing web applications, please make sure the unit has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since this will definitely affect system speed and performance.
