    It lags, it barely has enough storage for anything, processor is slow. Not worth it, not even with getting additional storage for it. Spend a couple more hundred bucks for a faster processor with more storage. My first AND last time purchasing an Asus.

    It's a really slow computer. Got it to pay bills online and stream movies from time to time or video chat doctors and it would not process the video feed. Internet is not the problem as we had to break out the old laptop to video chat the doctor.

    I like the computer but it states that it’s a 14” but they sent the 12” I measured it because it looked a little small for a 14”. Need to know what to do about this

    This computer is so slow. It also won’t connect to my iPhone 12. An associate who is on his computer most of the day for business purposes couldn’t get it to connect to my hotspot and was shocked at how slow it is.

    It was a great laptop. , but the quality of the laptop makes it a 2 star. Just had it for about 2 months and accidentally placing my hand on the screen (not too hard) the screen blacked out and showed a cracked screen . Boooooo

    This was purchased as a gift December 2020, It dies today Sept 2021. It does not leave my mothers living... so treated with TLC. She absolutely loved it, so my 2 stars is for longevity

    This computer has a maddening habit of erasing what I've just typed. And since I'm taking an on-line course where I have to type answers, this drives me crazy.

    Bad Experience

    I when to the Wellington Beat Buy to return the product that is a bad quality and was the worst experience I never had. I pay whit card I returned the item and they put the money in a store credit. The manager of that store is the worst assistant manager I ever saw. The experience was terrible. The experience online is different and is not that bad, but I don’t recommend buy nothing online. The first experience was good and I buy again, but this last one, was the worst !!

    Useless Asus laptop.

    Laptop has no software which the sales lady did not tell me. The touchpad with numbers inserts numbers ALL the time, in the wrong spot, or the wrong number. I hate this useless machine. Piece of garbage. I told the sales lady what I needed it for, this was her recommendation. It has no software, no CD drive to save documents. Only one star because i could not give zero. Waste of money. Will not recommended Best Buy, Asus, or that salesperson.

    We bought the laptop for my daughter to use for school. As soon as we unpacked the equipment, the camera wasn't working. After troubleshooting with the online technical support, we were told that this is a hardware issue and the device needs to be taken back to the store. We were very disappointed.
