battery won't charge after just 9 months

Inferior product. super disappointing. this was my second ASUS laptop and both have had the same issue. will never make that mistake again.

Audio Defect

However you can hear the sound through a headset. Its the oddest computer. Like 3 others just of different colors, they all had some defect. It still works okay. Consider insurance for sure!

If you try to use the mouse pad you end up touching a number and it throws off what your trying to type or navigate to. Also it’s not a touch screen.

Bad battery!

Not a good purchase
