I shifted it from Windows S mode, much better. Unfortunately you cannot upgrade any of the hardware in this laptop as everything is intergrated on the motherboard.

We didn't get it for a school reason, as he has his own school issued computer and that's the one he has to use for that purpose. He said he wanted to code but I don't think he has gone that far yet. The games sure have been used! For him, it has been good. He does enjoy using it. I guess that's what matters.

They sent me a display model that wasn't worth the plastic it was encased in, & I paid over $400 for insurance and geek squad and Microsoft software that I NEVER HAD THE CHANCE TO ENJOY I TOOK IT TO GEEK SQUAD AND THEY COULDN'T HELP ME, NOR COULD I RETURN IT. I WAS OUT OF STATE WHEN IT CAME. SO THE WHOLE WEEK WARRANTY RAN OUT WHILE I WAS DEALING WITH DEATHS IN MY FAMILY. I'LL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE FROM BEST BUY!!!!

Spent 45 minutes on asus help chat for them to tell me to update the bios however the version they sent was not windows compatible. Very frustrating.

After my last one served me for seven years it was time to upgrade. Having a real PC instead of a chrome book, for a similar price is fantastic! The video on this laptop is clear and runs smoothly. As a student taking online classes, it is perfect.
