Just in time for Christmas as my grandson picked out a nice bag to carry it. He didn't know what I was getting yet it's just the right fit. Maybe he did know some how. It is much better than what I expected.

She is a Netflix/Disney+ junkie - no complaints so far and she uses it constantly. Very happy with my purchase!

Product Not Working

Plugged it in and the screen started flashing and going in and out. Plug got hot in 15 minutes. I called Asus and they said to return it. I will be taking it back today to Best Buy. I received it on 12-11-2020.

Pretty Pink Laptop

Otherwise just a regular entry-level laptop. Not super strong but good enough CPU and RAM, does everyday jobs like text edit, browsing, etc. smoothly.

Compared to a similar HP - this is built much better - with a better screen, and better keyboard. Also - better port selection, better distributed on the notebook.
