We wanted to “upgrade” because our chrome book is so old. I’m shocked it literally works better than this. Literally shuts off and takes forever to turn on! Nothing works on it, and it literally took so long to get here, just for it to be a piece of crap. At some points it will turn on normal for like 20 to 30 mins and then it will black screen and not turn on again for over 30 mins .. really frustrating to use.

It freezes up too much for a brand new item, but I will probably be looking to replace it with something nicer in the future anyway. It will work for now. If I needed this to work long-term I would spend a couple hundred dollars more to get something better/faster.
