No so if you’re looking to do gamin, look elsewhere. Does it get the job done for basic tasks? Absolutely. I use this laptop for mainly schoolwork or searching the web and haven’t had any issues with speed. Would recommend for the price!

But there are a couple of flaws, the biggest being the very washed out display. Even after bringing it to the Geek Squad and hearing from Asus itself, nothing could make that screen any brighter or more readable - I find I get headaches after looking at it too long. The touch/number pad is tricky too - it's hit or miss. And I can't get the calculator feature working at all. Also be aware there is no touch screen, but I knew that going in. But it performs well, especially for such a low end model. I'm keeping it because I got it at such a good price, but if I had paid full price, I would have returned it by now.

This is not the quality of service expected from ASUS. Have you tried updating your Windows? Please press and hold then slide anywhere on the NumberPad to launch Windows Calculator.
