I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to download apps. This is not the kind of experience we want our customers to have. If you receive the unit in Windows S mode, you will not be able to install apps outside of the Microsoft store, please refer to the FAQ below. I wasn’t looking to buy the most expensive laptop, but I was willing to spend a bit more than the least expensive, but I didn’t have to do that. A great bargain.
