    Decent laptop. Feels laggy everytime i try logging in. Cant dowbload youtube and other apps although it says you can ...

    I bought this Laptop 2 weeks ago and the keypad doesn’t work so I had to buy a mouse. That’s when I realize the key pad doesn’t work so I’m sure I have to invest in a keyboard but hey it’s a $100 so you get what you pay for and it’s definitely doing the job it has a very good screen and lots of apps and word process aswell as PDF so it’s a stepping stone laptop until you get the one you want.

      In order to resolve or improve the touchpad responsiveness and stability, please install all recommended WINDOWS Update. During the update process, the keyboard may be temporarily inresponsive. After all Windows Updates were installed, the keyboard responsiveness will be back to normal. If you are accessing web applications, please verify if the laptop has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since this will affect the responsiveness of the keyboard and touchpad , also.

    Purchased for streaming Directv and was unable to do so in "S" OS mode. Video quality is not that good.

    Audio works fine for everything except zoom meetings which are a huge reason we needed the computer

Sending high-definition (HD) webcam video requires more bandwidth than sending non-HD. Disabling HD video will free up more of your Internet connection for other parts of your Zoom meeting. Also close other, unneeded applications on your computer.

    Very disappointing. Can't upgrade memory; NOT what I was told in the store. Also can't load my most important database programs or virus/malware protection. Returned it two days later, If you don't want to do anything beyond word processing and web surfing - forget it.
