If the camera is not working, please reinstall the camera application from the Microsoft Store and check in the Device Manager it is working properly.     You get what you pay for. I purchased this laptop so that my daughter could use it for online tutoring. Unfortunately, it does not have enough processing speed to handle Zoom and she was not able to use it. The camera was not very clear and the video was not coming through.

    Only good for email and internet browsing

    It’s only good for email check and form fill up and some work in word.. Video quality is not worth it .. if you are In really tight budget then for email check .. internet browser is ok.. if you try to do multiple tasks then system will froze or it will shut down…

It does video-streaming in HD, just ensure internet service or working properly and stable since poor internet connection will affect the quality of the video.
