    First time I purchased in September 2022 the keys didn’t work. I exchanged it to one that that did. 2 months later it won’t turn on.

    It’s only been a month and the touch pad randomly stopped working today. No damage or anything just not functioning at all. If I can still return it, it’s going back.

    I made the mistake of coming from multiple gaming laptops when I got this. I didn't know it couldn't handle the same amount of multitasking. It's great for someone who doesn't have to do a lot but for a business heavy person I wouldn't recommend

    I purchased this product thinking I was get a deal & upon opening the box & turning on the device & the screen kept glitching from clear to black. I onlynised the device for college zoom meetings & taking botes in the word program & 26 days later the comput screen turned black & the device never gave back on. Asus said the would fix my device if I would pay $50 for their lable to ship it to them in CA. If they cannot fix it they would replace it. Best buy said they couldn't exchange the device for another after 5 days. I was highly upset If it was working properly this is an great product.

      We do understand your disappointment if you are experiencing issues with the laptop from the get-go.




      This issue is temporary during the initial WINDOWS setup and before installing cumulative WINDOWS Update, regardless what brand name of computer this may be. The laptop will do several system reboot, black screen temporarily or restart during the update process.


      Once initial setup and WINDOWS Update installation completed, system speed or performance will be optimized. Keeping Windows updated will maintain optimum system stability and performance. If these steps were already performed to no avail, please try to run a diagnostics or optimization test using the "My ASUS" utility software or application. If this is not pre-installed on the laptop, please download the application at the Microsoft Store. For details on how to use "My ASUS", please go to: https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1041686/.

    Item was misrepresented. Very slow processor; limited operating system. Stuck in S mode, or else the notebook would come to a halt.

      WINDOWS 10 S mode, was intended for speed, simplicity and security. Only applications available at the Microsoft Store are allowed to be installed. In order to install third-party applications, the OS needs to be switched to WINDOWS 11 HOME in order to installed third-party applications.     I really like this laptop but....the battery life is horrible. Unless you are home all the time this isn't a good choice. Just my opinion.

      Absolutely, an excellent choice for basic and light computing needs.



      We certainly understand your concern regarding the short battery life. The battery life is approximately 12 hours of light to medium workload. In order to improve or prolong the battery life, please try to do a battery calibration manually. To start with, please drain it completely then charge it fully without using the system. Once fully-charged, please use it, without the AC adapter connected, and drain it completely again. Please repeat the charging process thereafter. Also, please verify if the unit is running with the most current system update and third-party battery draining applications are not running if not in used.

    For the black friday sale price I got this for it works amazing. Got it for my dad this christmas so that he is able to check his work emails. It is fast enough, does the job, great size. Doesn't weigh so much either.

    Used it for less than a week and it suddenly can't turn on at all. The laptop was pretty cheap but the quality is not good

      We certainly understand the inconvenience this may have caused if the laptop not power on or boot up suddently.



      If the laptop will no longer boot up or it's just black screen, please do the following. Verify if the AC adapter is connected properly from the laptop to a known good power outlet or AC source. Try another power source. Try to press and hold down the power button to shut it down completely, just in case laptop is not in hibernate mode, wait for at least 10 seconds then power on. Please wait, if the system is applying updates in the System Registry, it will black screen temporarily. If it still black screen after a few minutes, at least 10 minutes, please repeat the power cycle process again. Also, please try to disconnect the power cable and let the unit drain for 24 hours to clear the memory. This will reset the hardware to default settings. After doing this, please reconnect your AC adapter, do not power on the laptop until the battery was charged.
