    I bought this laptop October 17th,2022 , December 19th 2022 it just stopped working I had to return it and bought another more expensive one, I was so disappointed, Best Buy did give me a credit for the price I paid, but I used it on the new one

    bought this machine so my daughter could do video training. the machine was unable to hold a quality feed. the issue was not internet related; our older laptop was able to handle it. returned this product and stuck with the older machine.

    Cheap computer. Goes into reboot or update everyday and takes 3-4 hrs. Returning it. I should have known based on the price. It's hassle to now go to store and return it.

    Awful awful experience. It took forever to boot up and when all was said and done, browsing was a nightmare. Would not load a regular news site for minutes. It is sold cheaply and works the same. I bought two during sale and returned both.

    I'm very disappointed in this machine. I just need to be able to use Zoom and one internet window but the CPU maxes out with more than one program open. Will be returning it.

    Asus makes it very hard to install windows 10 on this laptop. And even when the Geek Squad put windows 10 on it they had to put it on safe mode so that means you can not install any software, so I returned the product.

    I've tried to use this for only word documents to work on essays. running simple microsoft office programs and chrome will run really slow and in some cases crash.
