Great working laptop works for what I need it for.

The computer comes pre-loaded with Windows 11"S" (not simply Windows 11) and i did not know that prevent"S" the laptop from allowing software program installations that are not pre-authorized by Microsoft Windows. But at least 11-S can be turnt-off (irreversibly;) in order to install otherwise Win11-S rejected software installations. So far, the laptop hasn't presented me with any unresolvable issues within the short time that i just recently purchased and began using it. The laptop also comes preloaded with other online connected software programs like 365, Microsoft Office software programs, Cloud, ASUS membership product warranties and such. As it is, I'll give the laptop 4 to 5 Stars. Thank you!

This is perfect for my granddaughters first laptop. She mainly wanted to view tik tok and you tube and be able to play Roblox. It's good for those things. But the battery life is not good.

Good working laptop. Unfortunately it recently stopped taking a charge. I also have to keep it plugged in or it shuts off. But I have had it for about 2.5-3 years now.

The item I bought was much needed and had a great bargain price at a time where I was able to tame the needed item for my son otherwise I would not have been able to afford this

I really liked this laptop until it would not take a charge. I brought it back to Best Buy and the Geek Squad got it going again. They told me the problem was that I was keeping it plugged in most of the time. I will see if following their suggestion alleviates the issue. It suits my purposes well and is an actual 14.0" computer at a bargain price rather than a chromebook

Amazing, really good laptop, good deal. Good Speed for browsing, Can easily work on multiple apps like Excel, word, browser etc

Bought it for my boyfriend for Christmas. Make sure you understand Microsoft before you purchase. It was tricky for us to figure out in the beginning with downloading apps.

Good computer. I have been using chromebooks for years so it took a little getting used to this computer. The speed is not as good as I expected.

I purchased this unit for zoom meetings. It is just perfect for this. Audio and video is outstanding. The screen size was as good as one could get for this price. I does seem to run through battery power some what faster than it should ... but it is not an issue with how the unit will be used.

The laptop is fine, but having windows 11 on this is such a terrible idea. Lags even when no programs are open. If you buy it, wipe the OS and install Linux or something.

Small and cute, works fine for quick searches, i think the screen lays completely flat. We thought the speed was slow, but then found it was our onternet.

Bought it for work while it was on sale for $99 & it’s perfect. Pretty color with features I didn’t even know it had. Battery life is long as well. I could get through half of my shift without it going dead so thank you Best Buy love it.

Great value for a bargain price. Portable and functional anywhere you are. Just limited to basic use and not for advance online gaming...

Nice laptop. Smooth and fast at a great price. The mouse is a little hard to get used to, had to add a wireless one.
