We certainly understand the inconvenience this may have caused you. Usually, with openbox unit, we recommend doing a PC Reset if other user's informations exist and laptop is unstable.

Keeping Windows updated will maintain optimum system stability and performance, please check if Windows is up to date in order to resolve the slow speed or performance. Handle with Kid Gloves
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had this laptop 6 weeks, barely used at all, and the display crapped out. Took it to the geek squad at Best Buy who said the issue would not be covered under warranty since it was due to "physical damage". The laptop never left my den and was never dropped. We looked all over the case and screen to find any cracks, etc, finding none. The techs suggested that either I was using the wrong technique to open the laptop, or perhaps my cat bit it. I will not buy ASUS or anything from Best Buy again.

Difficult to operate
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this in order to use the HDMI for projecting the screen to my TV. It does that just fine. My complaint is that navigation is a nightmare. The "enter" keys just keep popping up endless screens. It is the most difficult device to operate that I have ever owned. I am going to see if the Geek Squad can help, even if I have to pay. I am throughly dissatisfied with my purchase so far. I couldn't find help online at all.

Worst computer ever
