    We had to return it. Even though it was suppose to be a new computer, given as a gift, it ended up being a open box with other customers info on it.

    Handle with Kid Gloves

    Had this laptop 6 weeks, barely used at all, and the display crapped out. Took it to the geek squad at Best Buy who said the issue would not be covered under warranty since it was due to "physical damage". The laptop never left my den and was never dropped. We looked all over the case and screen to find any cracks, etc, finding none. The techs suggested that either I was using the wrong technique to open the laptop, or perhaps my cat bit it. I will not buy ASUS or anything from Best Buy again.

    Difficult to operate

    I bought this in order to use the HDMI for projecting the screen to my TV. It does that just fine. My complaint is that navigation is a nightmare. The "enter" keys just keep popping up endless screens. It is the most difficult device to operate that I have ever owned. I am going to see if the Geek Squad can help, even if I have to pay. I am throughly dissatisfied with my purchase so far. I couldn't find help online at all.

    this thing is so badddddd my dad bought this for me and all i gotta say is dont get it i tryed to run roblox on just almost any appp and it lag me and kicks me out this system is soo laggy cant run basiclly nothing it

    I must be DUMB The LAP TOP sucks it has locked me OUT I can't get back in it will not let me create a new password I get so aggravated with the dang thing it gives me headaches I keep trying

    Horrible. Waste of money. Doesn’t even load google without taking an hour. Bought to do school and it’s not even worth my time. Battery life is poor.
