I bought two, an HP and this. First, it won't turn on, and when it finally did the screen stayed black. I have been to beat buy in Owings Mill, MD twice with the same problem. The young lady was very helpful but unfortunately, Best Buy doesn't offer quarantine for ASUS products…How sad!

1. Unplug the charger
2. Press and hold the power button for 1 full minute
3. Plug in only the charger and start up normally

Asus 14 inch laptop meets my expectations

Even though the Intel Celeron CPU chip is an entry level semiconductor, it satisfies my needs. Very pleased, in general. Only shortcoming is the small keyboard on this 14 inch laptop.

Good little laptop

It was on sale for $149, but I balked and am glad I did. A week later it was $99. I couldn't resist. Asus is a good brand and I wanted to upgrade to Windows 11. It does all I need it to do.

Because of the price i paid for it i didn't except it to do the things i needed to do. I actually purchased it just to try it out and was totally surprised. So its a keeper. I have owned Asus computers in the past. I never had any issues with this brank. I love that the touch pad can convert to a ten-key pad. Also, I bought this little laptop from Best Buy at a great price.

I primarily use a Mac but needed windows for some work. This was only $99 and I figured why not get this instead of paying a yearly sub to run windows in a vm. I wouldn’t pay anything more for this.
