I needed it for Zoom calls and e-mails and to support my remote work. It’s barely usable. Simply browsing the internet is laggy the laptop is slow initiating any application and opening web browsers. My microphone doesn’t work. I’m past the return period with Best Buy so I’ve basically thrown my money away on this garbage. Buyer beware! Do not purchase.

Certainly, the laptop was designed as an entry-level computer that runs basic and light computing applications like web-surfing, emailing and word-processing without compromising system stability and performance. Keeping Windows updated will maintain optimum system stability and performance, please install all updates if Windows is outdated. While accessing web applications, please check if the laptop has access to an established router, it is getting a strong signal and internet service is working properly since poor or unstable internet connection will definitely affect system speed and performance, and Zoom and microphone will not work properly. Close opened browser tabs not being used. If these steps were already performed to no avail, please try to run a diagnostics or optimization test using the "My ASUS" utility software or application. Best Buy, to their credit DID give me customer support. After three months, the mouse pad has already STOPPED WORKING. I went to device manager to update driver -- there is NO OPTION TO UPDATE DEVICE DRIVER. I am very dissatisfied with ASUS and this laptop product. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ASUS.

Powerful and compact laptop.

I was quickly able to execute many functions. Also watched a couple of shows on Youtube with great clarity. Thus far I have no complaints.

I bought to run Cricut Design Space program but have been able to use it for zoom and other things without eating up memory space. The color is beautiful also. We did have the flashing on button but reset it by shutting it down and restarting. Hold it down for 15 seconds. Phew! Like it got stuck in a middle of update or something.
