It was Cute convenient affordable my little computer.. Until the The mouse stopped working this past week! Luckily I have a wireless mouse.Yes I was late putting the virus software on it but now it's freezing up on my and I hate that everytime I'm in class or just want to use it I have to sign in..

Bad experience

He has had a terrible time trying to get it replaced. Best Buy gave him a refund for the purchase so that he could buy another one. The cost has gone up $20 since the original purchase. The whole thing has been a very bad experience.

If you’re looking for reliability, I wouldn’t recommend it. Battery was subpar. Screen resolution was pretty good. Bogged down by needless apps it won’t let you get rid of. Needless to say I returned it.

Please verify if the laptop is within range to an established wireless router or access point, signal is strong and internet service is working properly.
