We do understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused if you are experiencing difficulty installing third-party applications.
The laptop comes with a WINDOWS 11 S Mode version, which was intended for speed, simplicity and security. Only applications available at the Microsoft Store are allowed to be installed. If this is your first experience with Windows 11, please go to: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/features?r=1 for helpful tips on how to navigate within the OS smoothly. In order to install third-party applications, the OS needs to be switched to WINDOWS 11 Home. For tutorials on how to switch the OS, please go to: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/switching-out-of-s-mode-in-windows-4f56d9be-99ec-6983-119f-031bfb28a307#WindowsVersion=Windows_11. Switching the OS from S Mode to Home Edition is free.
