    I get it's a cheap computer, and that you get what you pay for, but I had only bought it to use for my zoom calls, and it won't even do that.

      We appreciate you sharing your feedback on this model. It's unfortunate that this model does not meet your expectations, this is absolutely not the experience we want you to have. We do value our customers and take negative customer service experience very seriously. In order to install Webroot Protection, it will require switching out of Windows 11 S mode which is not reversible.

      1. On your PC running Windows 11 in S mode, open Settings > System > Activation.

      2. Find the Switch to Windows 11 Pro section, then select the Go to the Store link. (Don't select the link under Upgrade your edition of Windows. That's a different process that will keep you in S mode.)

      3. On the page that appears in Microsoft Store (Switch out of S mode or a similar page), select the Get button. After you confirm this action, you'll be able to install apps from outside Microsoft Store.

    This is a piece of crap laptop! You are getting what you pay for. BEWARE! The Enter key barely works, hard to use the so called calculator/misc pad. It toggles back and forth and does not work half the time. I will be sure to spend my 250.00 towards a better laptop. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS - WASTE OF $

    If I could give this zero stars I would. I have owned this for a grand total of 6 days now and it has been infuriating every step of the way. I literally bought this to use for internet browsing and some light word processing / excel use in my hobby shop. It is slow to load the internet, even when using speedtest.net. I have 100+mb/s download and 40+mb/s upload but it still takes 3 minutes to load youtube. I have 2 tabs open and it's constantly pinned out at 100% CPU and memory usage. I also have a hard time because the mouse cursor will disappear and I'll have to reset 12+ times to have the cursor be available for use while the machine is powered on. Once getting past the lock screen it wont work at all. ctrl+alt+delete does nothing and restarting does nothing. Not sure if win 11 or this machine but no other computer I have does this so I'm drawing conclusions about it being this particular machine. If given an opportunity get a chromebook - at least it will be able to access the internet and

Based on your warranty with Asus, since the unit was purchased from Best Buy it would be recommended to have the unit returned to Best Buy.

      If you prefer other browser than Microsoft Edge, Windows 11 S mode needs to be switched to Windows 11 Home Edition. Switchng the OS is free. Once successfully switched, third-party browser or application can be installed .
