At first it did not like it because it wouldn't let me download. Then i found out i had to change from something called"S". Still not sure what that is, but my grandson helped me. I really enjoying it. I wish the volume was louder. I use ear plugs and i am able to still do things wit this laptop that i am not able to do with my other laptops.

I can’t do anything on the computer without a mouse/cursor! To fix this issue, I have to bring it back to the store and have the Geek Squad take a look. Very inconvenient.

We certainly understand the inconvenience this may have caused if the touchpad disappeared suddenly. To resolve the issue, please try to press the funcetion keys, or hotkeys "Fn + F6" simultaneously in order to enable it.
