I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to download apps. This is not the kind of experience we want our customers to have. If you receive the unit in Windows S mode, you will not be able to install apps outside of the Microsoft store, please refer to the FAQ below. If your looking for a budget laptop, not wanting to spend a leg and an arm buy it, you won't be disappointed. Keep in mind its not the prettiest but IT WILL GET THE WORK DONE!!!!!!

I wasn’t looking to buy the most expensive laptop, but I was willing to spend a bit more than the least expensive, but I didn’t have to do that. A great bargain.

If I unplug the charger it immediately dies. I understand this is a budget laptop but I wasn’t expecting the battery to fail so quickly.
