All I did was download Google Chrome browser and now it's crashing. For hours I've been trying to restart it but I just get a gray screen no matter what I do or how many times I reboot. The guy at the store warned me that it would be a little slow but crashing and impossible to use after downloading 1 single app is insane. I guess the price was too good to be true or maybe I got a defective one somehow. Returning it first thing tomorrow.

Posted .Dear Tats, Certainly, I'm sorry to hear that the device keeps crashing. I would advise that you perform a hard reset as well as a bios reset. Here are the steps:
Step 1. Please turn off the unit and remove the charger (power adapter).
Step 2. Please press and hold the Power button for about 45 seconds.
Step 3. Please turn the unit on and quickly press the F2 key on keyboard to enter BIOS.
Step 4. Please press the F9 key in the BIOS to load optimized defaults and select yes to confirm.
Step 5. Please press the F10 key to save and exit. If you are still having issues after doing so please feel free to reach out to me at customerloyalty@asus.com and provide this link for reference.
