    This computer was constantly crashing. I took it to the Geek Squad when it refused to come back on and they got it working again but it still crashes multiple times a day.

    A good computer but was sold one without backlight, this is a gamechanger for me as I typically work at night and not having that part to the machine vastly ruins the experience. If anything I hope to get a replacement for one with the backlight

    Stopped working in 2 months. Overall it was incredibly slow, but it functioned well enough for the stuff that couldn’t do on a phone… for 2 months. Not a happy customer.

    Insurance advised for replacement

    I purchased 2 of the same devices and within hours of each other the computer screens went out. The computers did not last a full school year. The value for the product is not worth it.

      We certainly understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused if the laptop will no longer boot up or it's just black screen within an hour.



      Please do the following to resolve the issue. Verify if the AC adapter is connected properly from the laptop to a known good power outlet or AC source. Try another power source. Try to press and hold down the power button to shut it down completely, just in case laptop is not in hibernate mode, wait for at least 10 seconds then power on. Please wait, if the system is applying updates in the System Registry, it will black screen temporarily. If it still black screen after a few minutes, at least 10 minutes, please repeat the power cycle process again. Also, please try to disconnect the power cable and let the unit drain for 24 hours to clear the memory. This will reset the hardware to default settings. After doing this, please reconnect your AC adapter then power on the unit.



      ASUS warranty covers hardware repair only, replacement is usually process from seller per their terms.

    Brightness is very low, runs slow, has no space. i bought it for school and would not recommend, I’m currently looking for another one now .

    Had to return this unit as the case cracked through normal use. BB was good about taking the return and providing store credit towards another laptop.

    I got this item for my son to go off to college. This computer was not able to handle all the student Microsoft products and I ended up having to get a better laptop later
