    This laptop was terribly slow and then the screen just went black during setup. It wouldn’t start back up after that, so I returned it.

    I exchanged a laptop I bought 1 day before for this one which was the same amount snd I was charged extra. They overcharge on purpose

    This is a horrible laptop its constantly laging and slow when im typing i have to wait 15 to 20 secs to see the text show up.

    I didn’t receive it and I cancelled for a refund. It said the refund takes 48 hours and it’s been well beyond 48hrs.

      We appreciate you sharing your feedback on this model. We're sorry to hear about the unfortunate experience you're having with the speed on this model. There's a possibility that there are background apps and Windows updates causing the unit to perform as it does. What we've observed with the Windows 10 operating system is that once the unit is not being used all background and installed apps including Windows updates will fire up and check for and install updates. This will cause the unit to run a bit hotter than normal and in turn ramp up the fan speed. We would recommend that the user check for and install all updates for all installed applications. Also check for Windows updates and make sure they're installed. multiple restarts are recommended to ensure all updates are installed.

We would recommend that you check for and install updates. Multiple restarts are recommended to ensure all updates are installed. Ig the issue persist, we would recommend that you back up your data and perform a system restore.

      Certainly, the laptop was designed as an entry-level computer that runs basic and light computing applications like web-surfing, emailing and word-processing without compromising system stability and performance.This issue is temporary during the initial WINDOWS setup and before installing cumulative WINDOWS Update, regardless what brand name of computer this may be. This may take a longer time depending on the network traffic from the update server and the stability of your high-speed internet service. Also, laptop will do several system reboot, black screen temporarily or restart during the update process. Once initial setup and WINDOWS Update installation completed, system speed or performance will be optimized. Keeping Windows updated will maintain optimum system stability and performance.
