Excellent for a low end laptop.

Found the speed and battery life really good for a low end laptop. I purchased this for bed time reading and research. Overall give it a A+ for the price. I purchased this on a Black Friday deal so it was under $150.

GOOD BASIC, BACKUP OR BURNER PC

This pc does the job and if the Chinese take it from me at the border (lost four pcs in past ten years), it will have given good value. The 4GB ram, and the Celeron CPU are distinctly slow, creating buffering issues with video and really slow data transfer rates. The touchpad has quirks. I rarely use the internal speakers or camera, preferring aftermarket accessories. ASUS took shortcuts in the design and manufacture of this computer, yet it comes together well as a basic pc. Windows 11 came preinstalled. Populate this pc with the applications you really need, even freeware, and conserve space with external storage and it will serve well as a backup, basic or burner pc.

Excellent Option fot a Low Cost Laptop

It does not have a touch screen but that helps keep the price low. Speed is good and once I removed the Microsoft feature that blocked installing apps not found in the Microsoft app store I was able to install my preferred apps.

This is ideal. It is quick and easy to use. It's not made for gaming but if emails, facetime and keeping up with the everyday is what you are looking for, then you will be happy with this purchase.
