Basic, but functional for someone who uses it for work - Office, Google suite, email, browsing, no heavy gaming. It's plastic, which is fine because it is light. It has a lot of nice touches and runs Win 11 just fine.

I needed something that would allow me to check emails, pull up pdf files and print docs and had a good battery life. This laptop works perfectly. For the price, I couldn’t ask for more

Some reviews seem to say that this is a slow laptop, however, if you read the description and use common sense on the price of the unit and the specifications, you will see it's meant to be a low cost unit to serve simple purposes. The laptop is very lightweight and a nicely self contained unit. I will say that the only serious design flaw is the integrated number pad on the touchpad because it does not use the normal keypad type entry. If you are well versed at 10-key, you will not be happy with this particular feature.

It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles but it does the job. The processor seems fine and the price was outstanding. That’s why I’m giving at five stars.

I took it back and got another one. Know i wished i just got a refund. Be very careful battery get hot. stops working. Second laptop i add some strips under my laptop so air could get under to help keep it cool, it has stopped working in middle of me being online, i had no control over pc, once it cooled off i plug back in it works just fine. buy that extra protection plan i drought this Laptop will last me a year, If only this laptop had a fan in it, it would be a great laptop. i just use this for email/pictures/ surveys. no FB accounts. yes i have security add it on when i set this lap top up.
